Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and service excellence.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless experience for guests.
- Assist with barista duties when required, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Skills in catering or serving will be advantageous for this role.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential.
- Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in front of house operations.

Pay: £12,000.00-£20,000.00 per hour
