We are seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team at Holiday Inn. Based in Holiday Inn Ashford North, this role is vital in ensuring our guests start their day with delicious and well-prepared breakfast options, embodying our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during busy hours.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Support team members in delivering excellent guest service.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience working in hotel or restaurant kitchens is advantageous.
