Job Summary
Ethio Istanbul Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and organised Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily healthcare service operations, improve administrative processes, and support high-quality patient and client service delivery. This role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional with strong leadership, compliance awareness, and service management experience who can coordinate teams, improve workflows, and support efficient healthcare business operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day healthcare operations, administrative services, client support, and service delivery activities.
- Supervise healthcare support staff, administrative teams, coordinators, and operational personnel.
- Develop and improve operational workflows, appointment processes, documentation standards, and service procedures.
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, patient/client satisfaction, response times, compliance records, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, clients, suppliers, service partners, and internal departments.
- Support staffing plans, scheduling, resource allocation, training, and team performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, safeguarding procedures, and healthcare service requirements.
- Review operational risks, service issues, complaints, and process gaps while implementing practical improvements.
- Prepare operational reports, performance updates, service reviews, and recommendations for senior management.
- Support business growth through efficient systems, reliable service delivery, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, clinic operations, care coordination, medical support services, service delivery, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory, management, or senior healthcare administration experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of healthcare service workflows, compliance, confidentiality, patient/client support, scheduling, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, service demands, documentation, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, healthcare administration systems, scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, compassionate, and service-focused approach.

Pay: £4,200.00-£5,900.00 per month
