**Children’s Residential Support Worker**
Location: Leicester | Coalville | Loughborough
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: Averaging 37.5hrs per week over a 3-Week Rolling Rota
Shift Pattern: 2 x shifts on working 24hrs shifts 10am-10am including Sleeping In, followed by 4 x days off.
Essential Requirements
- Aged 21+
- Right to work in the UK (British Citizen or 5 years consecutive UK residency)
- Full UK driving licence (Automatic and Manual)
- Clear enhanced DBS (or ability to obtain) and satisfactory references
- Experience with children or young people (residential or transferable)
Level 3/4/5 Children & Young People qualification – desirable (training supported).
Pay & Benefits
- £12.75 – £13.50 per hour (experience/qualification dependent)
- £50 sleep-in allowance per sleep (approx. additional £5,400pa)
- £30,288pa – £31,752pa (Total Annual Pay + Sleep)
