Malc Firth Landscapes is a forward thinking, dynamic, grounds maintenance provider, operating throughout the Cambridgeshire, East Anglian, Midlands, West Yorkshire and the North Eastern regions of the country.
As we grow, we're looking to recruit team members that can develop their skills with our company in our busy depot based in Sutterton Lincolnshire
A full Driving License is required, and you must be over the age of 21 (for fleet vehicle insurance purposes)
You will have experience in grounds maintenance although full training will be provided to the right candidate. A willingness to undertake a PA1 & PA6 chemical handling course and workplace first aid is essential.
Work starts at 7.30am, on an annualised hours contract.
This post will depend on a successful DBS Application
We provide full PPE and uniform. Parking for all team members is free.
Duties include but are not limited to:
.Filling out the CARP system
.Ensuring all sites are completed to a high standard
.Ensuring Rig and Tools are maintained
· Strimming
· Hedge cutting
· Shrub bed maintenance
· Litter picking
· Spraying
Grass Cutting
Required Skills:
· Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
· A positive, friendly attitude and great customer service skills
· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail to guarantee quality workmanship
· Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that arise during projects
.Experience of pulling a trailer
Desired Skills:
· Mechanical knowledge
· PA1 & PA6 chemical handling qualification
