Edith Rose Day Nursery are looking for a new Childcare Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Educator apprenticeship L3.
Working as part of our friendly and supportive team at Edith Rose Nurseries, you will gain hands-on experience caring for and educating children aged 0-5 years whilst working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification.
You will be supported by experienced practitioners, room leaders and management who will mentor you throughout your apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in Early Years, gaining practical experience in child development, safeguarding, planning activities and building positive relationships with children and families.

Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play and planned activities.
- Build positive and nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, sleep and personal care.
- Help to prepare, set up and maintain engaging learning environments both indoors and outdoors.
- Observe children's interests and development and contribute to planning activities.
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety and confidentiality.
- Attend training, complete coursework and work towards achieving the Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children.
Pay: £17,680.00 per year
