We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our friendly nursery team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of Early Years Practitioners
- Delivering high-quality childcare and EYFS learning
- Acting as Key Person for children
- Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety and welfare standards
- Building strong relationships with parents and staff
Previous Early Years experience required
Leadership experience preferred
