Busy Nought to Fives Ltd Nursery is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner, Level 2 or Level 3 to join our thriving, well-established nursery setting.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 or above in Early Years Education
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be proactive, flexible, and positive in approach
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
Childcare and Education
- Identify and meet the individual needs of each child
- Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework
- Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring accurate observations and assessments
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Promote children’s independence, confidence, and curiosity
Parent and Community Engagement
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
- Provide regular updates on children’s development and nursery activities
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals when required
