Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you will play a key role in shaping digital strategy, enhancing user experiences and delivering measurable improvements in engagement and performance.

Proven experience managing digital channels, websites, intranets or similar digital platforms.

Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys, accessibility standards and information architecture.

Experience working with CMS platforms and SharePoint Online or similar enterprise content platforms.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to work effectively alongside technology teams and external agencies.

Experience establishing content governance frameworks, publishing standards and content lifecycle processes.

Strong analytical skills with experience using digital performance data and user insight to drive optimisation.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.

Lead the development and execution of the digital channels strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business, marketing and communications objectives.

Oversee the ongoing management and enhancement of website and intranet platforms, maintaining high standards of governance, performance and usability.

Create and refine user journeys across digital channels, improving accessibility, engagement and conversion for both external and internal audiences.

Champion best practice in user experience, content design and information architecture to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Establish and maintain content governance frameworks, ensuring content remains accurate, compliant, accessible and aligned with brand standards.

Drive performance improvement initiatives through the use of analytics, user insight, testing and optimisation activities.

Collaborate with technology teams and external partners to implement platform enhancements and new digital capabilities.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing guidance and support on digital channel management and content delivery.

Develop reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of channel performance and support data-driven decision making.

Ensure digital platforms continue to evolve in line with user expectations, business priorities and regulatory requirements.
