We’re growing and are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist or Barber to join our friendly, creative team at The Palms Collective.
The Palms is a modern salon and barbering space built around education, growth, and exceptional client experiences. We’re passionate about helping our team develop their skills while giving them the freedom to build a career they love.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who is confident working on the salon floor, provides excellent customer service, and takes pride in their work.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality hairdressing and/or barbering services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing outstanding customer care
- Recommending retail products where appropriate
- Contributing to our positive team culture
- Creating content for social media when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years salon or barbershop floor experience
- Confident in cutting, styling and client consultations
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Passionate about learning and developing your skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
