Role Overview:
Reporting to the Care Manager or Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring all client visits are scheduled efficiently, matching the right care workers to clients, and maintaining accurate office procedures and records. Following the laid down processes to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule and allocate care workers to client visits, ensuring 92% compliance
· Manage incoming calls, operational emails, and care management systems (CarePlanner & PASS)
· Process new client referrals and maintain up-to-date client/care worker documentation
· Conduct care worker supervisions, appraisals, and participate in staff meetings
· Support new care packages and manage referrals in collaboration with Field Care Supervisors
· Participate in the on-call service at the very least one week per month. This includes after work hours on the weekday and on the weekend and cover care visits if necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,200.00-£30,200.00 per year
