You will be working across live events, campaign venues, and promotional environments, engaging customers through professional conversation while representing established brands. Each day brings new interactions and opportunities to build confidence in a fast paced setting.
From the beginning, development is practical and immersive. You will be supported through daily coaching, structured workshops, and real time feedback from experienced leaders. Alongside live event exposure, you will build strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to guide conversations naturally from introduction through to outcome.
Daily activity includes engaging customers face to face at events, presenting brands clearly and professionally, and contributing towards individual and team performance goals. Opportunities to travel for UK events and team collaborations may also be available.
