We are seeking a talented Insurance Broker with a background in telephone sales and the willingness to learn, to join us in our collaborative, competitive and highly skilled team in Bournemouth.
We offer a competitive basic salary of between £35,000 - £47,500 dependent on experience and you will be supported in your career with ample opportunity for growth and progression as the business continues to grow.
The role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager and the Directors we have multiple opportunities in our Health advisor team. You will ensure a first-class customer journey and providing good quality health insurance advice in a regulated environment.
The Person we seek:
You can work with a collaborative and innovative approach. You can confidently field inbound and outbound communications to a high standard along with advising your clients to make the right choices. You must be an excellent listener with a good telephone manner. The applicant most importantly must have a positive mindset, a willingness to learn, a drive to earn, and a hardworking approach.
Working in a broking environment preferred, but not essential as we are able and willing to train the right individual/s. You must have a proven track record of hitting Key performance indicators and be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure when necessary.

Qualifications:
None required, however IF7 exam will need to be completed once probation has been passed and before your first anniversary, this is company funded.
What we give you;
- A basic wage starting at £35,000 but up to £47,500 depending on experience.
