Job Summary
We are seeking two self-employed management professionals. To oversee a hotel/pub in the North Yorkshire Moors for a 3 month fixed term (potential for extension by mutual consent) with free live in accommodation.
This is a dual role with one person running the kitchen and one running FOH to start between now and the end of July.
The roles are hands on and front facing rather than office based.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 people to ensure the daily running of the business
- Answer the phone and emails for any questions or bookings
- Staying on site and being on call should anything happen in the night
- Stock management
- Linen ordering
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Line cleans
- Ensuring cleanliness and paperwork of the kitchen is maintained
Experience
- Must have management experience of at least 2 years
- Must be self employed
- Must live on site
- Must have hands on experience
Pay: Up to £100,000.00 per year
