We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and contributing to menu development. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and presentation standards
- Plan and assist with menu creation and seasonal specials
- Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Manage food preparation timing to ensure efficient service
- Minimize food waste and control portion sizes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar culinary role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Culinary certification or formal training preferred

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
