Complex Care HCA - Your Role
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of young adult female in Aylesbury.
To be eligible, you must be confident getting into a pool / swimming. As an ideal candidate, you should have a bubbly and outgoing personality with the ability to build an engaging connection with our client. You will support with the below care requirements:
- Cerebral palsy
- Dystonia
- Oral suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management
Training Pathway
If you already have experience in care and are looking to build on your skills and step into a more specialised role, this is a great opportunity for you. Our structured training includes:

What We’re Looking For
- Confident getting into a pool / water with swimming abilities
- At least 12 months of complex care experience
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
