Residential Team Leader
Location: Fylde coast | Salary: Upto £38,482 | Hours: Flexible shifts (work 1/3 of the year)
The Role
Lead a team in delivering high-quality care in a residential setting. You’ll ensure children’s needs are met through effective care plans, a nurturing environment, and team support.
What You Need
- Experience in residential childcare
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership, communication & behaviour support skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic parenting and de-escalation
- Confident with IT systems for care documentation
Key Duties
- Supervise care staff and ensure quality standards
- Develop and review individual care plans
- Communicate with families and professionals
- Monitor team performance and lead meetings
- Maintain accurate records
