NEW SUPERVISOR POSITION - YOU MUST BE QUALIFIED TO APPLY
We are now also looking for a full time salon supervisor to join our team
You must have experience supervising a small team And working along side the manager and the owner to enhance the salon experience for our clients
You would need to be qualified in (and have a minimum of 3 years experience in)
Acrylics, BIAB, Gel and all aspects of beauty level 3 as a qualification or individual qualifications in waxing & tinting (lash extensions)
The ideal candidate would have experience supervisibg a team of shift working beauticians with an ability to upsell products. candidate should be a team player and be focused on creating 100% client satisfaction with the ability to focus on the clients whole experience and ensure the client rebooks for future services.
2.5% commission payable on salon turnover between £7000 and £9999 per month
5% commission payable on salon turnover over £10000
6% commission payable on salon turnover over £15000
Commission will not be payable on services offered outside your supervisory area (aesthetics, fine line tattoos as these services we have partnered with external practitioners to offer within our salon)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
