Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesaler
Location: Central London
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy electrical wholesale branch in Central London. You will have full responsibility for sales performance, team leadership, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations, serving both trade and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership and accountability for branch performance
- Drive sales growth and margin across trade counter, internal, and external sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, M&E firms, and commercial clients
- Lead, develop, and motivate the branch team
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Manage stock, pricing, supplier relationships, and branch operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safety
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager within an electrical wholesaler
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of electrical products and trade customers
- Track record of growing sales and managing teams
