We are seeking a dedicated and organised Tenancy Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with property management. The Tenancy Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive tenant relationships, and supporting the property maintenance coordination.
Duties
- Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professional phone etiquette
- Arrange and accompany viewings
- Assist the Maintenance Co-ordinator with repairs and maintenance requests
- Maintain organised records of tenancy agreements, correspondence, and financial transactions
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote retention and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or property management roles
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Experience in handling tenant relations and resolving issues diplomatically

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
