From recycled jewellery boxes and gift bags to bespoke branded packaging, we work with businesses of all sizes to bring their packaging ideas to life. Now, we're looking for an enthusiastic External Sales Advisor to join our friendly, energetic, and ambitious team.
What You'll Be Doing
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
The role is office based, with no need to travel to see clients.
You'll be:
- Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Helping customers find the perfect packaging solution for their business
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, and creating invoices
- Coordinating digital mock-ups and artwork approvals
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Working closely with our design, warehouse, and purchasing teams
- Managing delivery queries and ensuring orders arrive on time
- Solving problems quickly and confidently
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike
No two days are ever the same, so you'll need to be organised, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who loves providing excellent customer service and enjoys being part of a busy team.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organisation and time management skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience within the packaging industry
- Experience working with bespoke products
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Experience managing customer accounts or projects
Salary:
OTE £34,500 uncapped commission
