The Role
We're a UK-based lead generation agency working with home improvement businesses across the UK bathrooms, kitchens, windows, roofing, and garden rooms.
We generate the leads. Your job is to call them fast, qualify them properly, and book in-home appointments that actually show up.
You're not selling the product. You're selling the appointment. But you still need to be sharp, confident, and consistent because speed and quality are everything in this role.
You'll manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously, keep CRMs clean and up to date, and hit daily activity targets without being chased. Full training on every client and their criteria is provided.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Calling inbound leads the moment they come in response time directly affects show rates
- Qualifying leads against each client's specific appointment criteria
- Booking in-home appointments for field sales teams across multiple clients
- Keeping CRM records accurate and updated daily non-negotiable
- Tracking your own dial figures and conversion metrics
- Managing follow-up sequences for leads that didn't book first time
Compensation
- Base Salary
- £10 per completed (showed) appointment uncapped
- Average setters are earning an additional £700–£2,000/month in commission. The ceiling is yours to set.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year in an SDR, appointment setting, or outbound calling role
- Confident and natural on the phone warm but persistent
- Obsessive about CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Motivated by targets, not just activity
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Comfortable with Excel and standard CRM tools
