We are currently recruiting for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management and Building Services organisation covering commercial sites throughout the Glasgow area
This role offers an excellent salary, door-to-door travel payments, overtime opportunities and a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems across office buildings, retail premises, healthcare environments and industrial facilities.
Duties
- Service and maintenance of air conditioning systems
- VRV and VRF systems
- Split and multi-split systems
- Heat pumps
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Reactive breakdown attendance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Compliance inspections
- Minor installation works
- Completion of electronic service reports
Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Experience working within commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
