We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Part-Time Kitchen & Customer Service Assistant to join our busy restaurant team.
Working Hours
- Friday: 3 hours
- Saturday: 3 hours
- Sunday: 4 hours
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and support the kitchen team.
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer telephone calls and take customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic working environment.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods and support the team where needed.
Training
Full training will be provided on:
- Serving customers.
- Taking telephone orders.
- Our food preparation procedures, packing standards, and food safety requirements.
Please note: Applicants must have previous kitchen experience, as the role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment from day one.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety is an advantage.
