Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 1
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
- Experience assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
- Excellent lesson planning and differentiation skills
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
