Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Customer Success Delivery Manager is a hybrid role that blends strategic account leadership with hands-on delivery execution. While the position requires shaping long-term client success and growth strategies, it also demands active involvement in day-to-day delivery, governance, and issue resolution.
This individual will own the global account lifecycle from onboarding and implementation to adoption, expansion, and renewal while acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. They will proactively identify opportunities for value creation and revenue growth, while ensuring operational excellence through rigorous project management and stakeholder coordination.
Success in this role means balancing strategic foresight with tactical execution, fostering deep relationships across multiple geographies, and driving measurable outcomes for both Cleareye.ai and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic global accounts, ensuring both strategic alignment and operational execution.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while engaging operational teams to deliver outcomes.
- Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication at both executive and working levels.
Delivery Leadership:
- Directly oversee and participate in implementation and onboarding for enterprise clients, ensuring hands-on involvement where needed.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations through active governance and issue resolution.
- Drive governance, risk management, and compliance across engagements while continuously improving delivery processes.
Customer Success & Growth:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts through strategic planning and operational insights.
- Partner with Product teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful execution of expansion initiatives.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics; ensure renewal success by addressing operational challenges promptly.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support) for seamless delivery and act as the bridge between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
- Facilitate executive-level reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients while ensuring tactical actions are implemented effectively.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
- Familiarity with Trade Finance processes and ICC guidelines (UCP, ISBP, URDG, etc.) is a plus.
- Awareness of trends in trade digitalization, TBML compliance, and fraud detection is preferred.
- Ability to converse confidently with stakeholders on industry concepts without being a subject matter expert.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in Customer Success and Delivery for enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to manage large global accounts and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Familiarity with Trade Finance operations and ICC publications preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Delivery, or Program Management roles.
- 5+ years managing strategic global accounts in financial technology or trade finance.
- Background in SaaS, Fintech, or enterprise product companies.
- Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable.
- Certifications in trade finance (CDCS, CSDG) or AML (CAMS) are a plus.
