Butcher required for a well-established catering butcher in Sussex. An excellent package will be offered to the ideal candidate who must be able to fulfil the below criteria.

Overall Objectives: To assist the management of the cutting room and ensure the company’s reputation for meat quality is always maintained.
Specific Responsibilities:
- To ensure meat production, high standards, out in a timely fashion, as agreed with the Head Butcher
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of the section as appropriate.
- To assist the team with compiling client orders and potentially developing new food concepts.
- To ensure that the company’s reputation for meat preparation and service is enhanced for the client and customers.

- To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.
- To be customer focused on all times; approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
