Role: Workshop Engineer
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Per Annum DOE
Location: Aldridge
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

The role:
- Servicing, maintaining and overhauling forklift trucks and material handling equipment
- Diagnosing electrical, electronic and mechanical faults
- Preparing equipment for sale, hire and return to service
- Carrying out inspections and compliance checks
- Completing service reports and workshop documentation
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
The successful candidate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Truck Repair, Plant Maintenance or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering experience
- Experience working on forklift trucks or material handling equipment
- Excellent fault-finding skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
