Overview
Fields Data Recovery is a specialist data recovery company with 27 years of trading history, supporting over 30,000 clients annually across global markets. As we expand our Polish campaign, we are hiring a Polish-speaking Sales Account Manager to drive revenue, close high-value recovery cases, and grow our strategic partner network.
This is a performance-focused inside sales role working exclusively with warm inbound accounts supplied by our internal acquisition team, generating approximately 6–7 new client enquiries per day. The position offers clear earning potential and defined progression into senior and management roles for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Polish client accounts from enquiry through to completion
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and CRM-managed interactions
- Develop and expand the Poland Partner Programme to increase referral and reseller revenue
- Maintain accurate records and manage multiple active sales cases in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
- Fluent Polish speaker (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or a target-driven commercial role
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Confidence in working towards revenue and conversion targets
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven
Earnings & Performance
- Most Account Managers earn approximately £45,000 OTE
- Top performers typically earn between £60,000 and £80,000
- Targets and bonuses are measured weekly, resetting each new week and paid monthly
