Job Summary:
Recently awarded Edinburghs best bar and restaurant, we are looking for a keen personality to join our kitchen team. Only using the best suppliers and everything fresh. There will be a lunch and dinner menu, with both a mixture of small plates and main courses. CDP will work around all sections of the kitchen and will have input on all menu changes that will happen every 4 months. Service charge is split equally between front and back of house.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver efficient service
