AG Hotels is looking for an experienced housekeeper for our Orchid Hotel, Epsom someone who can also multi- task occasionally across other departments. This role involves physically demanding tasks that require strength, stamina, and attention to detail.
You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- Assisting guests with any queries and complaints
- Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development
- Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management
Prerequisites
- Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
The candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as per the business needs
Pay: £12.71 per hour
