Fantastic opportunities have arisen for part-time qualified Chefs to join our small talented team at this prestigious wedding and Festive Events venue in Essex.
About The Role
We seek chefs that are passionate, and experienced and wish either to move away from the high demands of long hours restaurant service or want to work additional hours to a current employment.
The successful team will work on enhancing and developing our new evening food for our exclusive weddings during our summer months and at winter, support the remainder of the team in delivering our quality plate service for our Festive programme for 300 guests per evening.
The successful candidates will be able to embody quality skills with a genuine focus on attention to detail with regards presentation.
Working Hours available - 4 hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday daytimes, and variable evening Hours between November and January for our festive programme, with excellent above industry hourly rates available. The team will be made up of 4 chefs to ensure that you can each work as much or as little as your personal circumstances provide for and ensures that backup and support exists to make this a truly part-time casual opportunity.
About you
We are looking for individuals who can think on their feet, are good at delivering quality food and has experience and food safety qualifications, it’s important that you truly adore hospitality at its finest. The successful candidates will have valuable experience in our industry and help to maintain a quality of food delivery and attention to detail that has been synonymous with the establishment for the past four decades.
The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate:
