Heavy Diesel Engineer
Salary: £18.50 - £22
Overtime: Paid at increased rate
Rota: Monday – Friday plus overtime
We’re working with a top UK dealer to find an experienced Heavy Diesel Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Heavy Diesel Engineer:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines such as Agricultural & Plant Machinery.
- Carry out fault finding and diagnostics using modern tools and techniques
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance
- Work both in the workshop and on-site to attend breakdowns efficiently
Requirements for the Heavy Diesel Engineer Role:
- Relevant experience in diesel engine maintenance, ideally within the agricultural, plant, or HGV sectors.
- NVQ Qualification level 2 or above would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
