Our friendly team has over 120+ years of combined events experience, and we are looking for our next "Team Legend" to join our crew of 50+ outdoor events staff.
The Role: Events Staff & Activity Host
This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll be out in nature, enjoying the mental and physical benefits of working in our beautiful 50-acre forest. You will be a vital part of the customer journey - from the moment they arrive to their final mission.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Running and Hosting Events: Acting as a 'Host/Referee/Marshall' for Paintball, Mini Paintball, Kids Parties, and Forest Laser Tag events.
- Elite Standards: Maintaining our premium company equipment and our stunning forest venue. You will uphold our company ethos and top-rated, caring customer service to ensure every guest has the best experience possible.
- Energy & Leadership: Delivering team briefings, keeping groups organised, and ensuring the atmosphere remains excited and high-impact.
- The Ultimate Occasion Specialist: We host everything from high energy party celebrations to strategic corporate escapes. You will look after groups for their entire event, including:
- The Best Kids’ Birthday Parties (Ages 6+)
- Milestone Adult Birthdays
- Unforgettable Stag & Hen Dos
- Friends & Family Fun Days
- Work & Team Building Away Days and Forest Strategy Sessions
- Large-scale School Events and School Holiday Camps

Location, Hours & Shift Patterns
- Weekend Requirement: This role is for weekend work as a requirement (Saturday, Sunday, or both) on a casual basis.
- Midweek Action: Frequent midweek dates are available for school groups and corporate clients, especially during Half Term and School Holiday periods.
- Varying Shifts: Early starts (7:30 am) are required for the setup of our 9am Main full day Paintball events, but Later start times and varying flexible shift patterns are also available for Mini Paintball, Kids Parties, Private Events and Forest Laser Tag sessions. Shifts vary in time depending on activity type and customer demand.
The Pay & Perks
- The Pay: Starting at £71.75, up to £101.75 per full event day (including food and drink). Varying pay depending on flexible shift patterns or shorter sessions.
- Growth Opportunities: Multiple Rank Promotions and Lead Events Management roles are available as your skill sets, competence, and responsibilities increase.
- The Legend’s Lunch: Shared large Papa John’s Pizzas are provided to staff for lunch, along with bottled water throughout your working day, all free of charge.
