What We Are Looking For...
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.
The Role...
As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food and drinks orders
- Serving food & beverages
- Handling payments and operating tills
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Helping create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests

About You...
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience in a pub, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive, can do attitude
- Are reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to be flexible to cover a range of shifts working afternoons & evenings both midweek and weekends
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
