Team Administrator - Marylebone, London (12-Month Contract)
The rewards
- £19.78 per hour (£36,000 equivalent)
- 12-month contract, start Monday 6th July
- Office-based Monday–Thursday, flexible to work from home on Fridays
Hours
- 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday
The role of Team Administrator:
- Managing new client onboarding and compliance processes
- Conducting KYC and AML checks
- Maintaining accurate compliance and client records
- Coordinating team travel, meetings, and events
- Preparing expenses, invoices, and reports
- Updating CRM records, opportunities, and job lists
- Creating and distributing marketing email campaigns
- Providing comprehensive support to the Commercial Investment team
The ideal Team Administrator:
- Highly organised with strong attention to accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment
