We are currently looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join us and play a key-part of the Kitchen team. This position is a permanent and full-time. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
· You will ensure that the kitchen consistently excel in the service and product that is delivered
· Ensure high standard of cleanliness and food safety & hygiene maintained at all times
· Work as part of the kitchen team, communicating well with others to always ensure the smooth operation of services
· Have full awareness of all menu items for the section of the kitchen allocated
· Maintain a can-do and problem-solving attitude with a fantastic eye for detail and precision

- You have previous experience as a Commis Chef minimum 1 years, working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven, culinary team

Proven Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven experience 1+ years within the luxury hospitality industry required
