We are seeking a highly reliable and dedicated Morning Commercial Cleaner to join our team, supporting a key account customer in Bishop's Stortford. This essential role involves maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness within a regulated commercial environment, where attention to detail and adherence to strict protocols are paramount. The core hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, offering a consistent morning schedule. There is also potential for additional hours as a mobile cleaner for those interested in expanding their role. You will be an integral part of ensuring our client's premises are pristine and welcoming, contributing significantly to their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive daily cleaning duties to the highest standards across designated areas of the commercial site.
- Adhere strictly to all site-specific health and safety regulations and cleaning protocols.
- Maintain impeccable timekeeping, ensuring prompt arrival for all scheduled shifts.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with site management and team members regarding any cleaning-related issues or requirements.
- Utilise the company's mobile application efficiently for operational tasks, including clocking in/out and accessing important information.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene of our key account customer's premises.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments.
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency or willingness to become proficient in using a company mobile application for work-related tasks.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
