About the Role
We are hiring for a growing client expanding its Sales, Customer Acquisition, Promotional Marketing, and Customer Engagement team in Cardiff. This is a face-to-face Promotional Sales Assistant role involving direct customer interaction, brand promotion, and customer acquisition in busy public environments.
You will be representing well-known client campaigns, speaking with members of the public, and helping drive customer interest and sign-ups through promotional and sales-based activity.
We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, sports, fitness, marketing, fundraising, and graduate backgrounds, as these skills transfer well into customer-facing and communication-heavy roles.
No experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking face-to-face with customers in public locations
- Promoting products, services, and live campaigns
- Supporting customer acquisition and sign-ups
- Representing client brands professionally
- Providing clear information and answering customer questions
- Building rapport with members of the public
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Working towards simple daily and weekly targets
