We are seeking a motivated and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team in a food-led restaurant with a strong focus on Neapolitan-style Pizza. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys working with high quality ingredients in a professional but supportive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preperation, fermentation and baking of sourdough Bead and Neapolitan pizza dough.
-Maintaining consistent dough quality, hydration and fermentation schedules.
-Producing pizzas to a high standard during service using traditional Neapolitan techniques
-Upholding food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards at all times.
-Supporting general kitchen prep, service and cleanliness
Skills & Experience
- Experience with sourdough and Neapolitan-style pizza is preferred but not essential.
-A genuine interest in fermentation, dough handling and from scratch cooking.
-Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast paced service environment.
-Strong attention to detail and consistency.
-A positive team focused attitude with willingness to learn.
This is a full time, permanent position with an opportunity to develop specialist skills in sourdough and Neapolitan pizza production.
