Salary: From £25,900 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

At BT Local Business Liverpool, Chester & North Wales, we're looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and making a real difference to the customer experience. Full training will be provided through the BT Training Academy, so no previous telecoms experience is needed — just the right attitude.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls from existing business customers
- Taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to resolution
- Updating customer records and CRM systems accurately
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customers get the best possible outcome
- Supporting customers through changes to their services or accounts
- Contributing to a positive, professional customer experience every time

What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
- A confident, friendly telephone manner
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
