We are looking for an organised and proactive Bodyshop Administrator to join our busy accident repair centre. This is a key support role within the business, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the bodyshop and delivering excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer bookings, enquiries, and updates
- Raising job cards, invoices, and purchase orders
- Liaising with insurers, engineers, suppliers, and customers
- Maintaining accurate repair and vehicle records
- Updating internal management systems and tracking repair progress
- Supporting the Bodyshop Manager with administrative duties
- Handling telephone and email communications professionally
- Assisting with vehicle handovers and customer documentation
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a bodyshop, automotive, or repair environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and bodyshop management systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a professional manner
