Class Teacher – Specialist Autism Setting - September 2026 Start | Berkshire
We are supporting a highly respected specialist setting in Berkshire to recruit a Class Teacher for a September 2026 start.
The role:
- Full-time class teacher position
- Teaching across the school (mostly KS3/4)
- Supporting autistic pupils with complex needs
- Working within a collaborative, therapeutic team
- Delivering highly personalised learning
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent
- Is passionate about SEN and inclusive education
- Builds strong relationships with pupils and families
- Is adaptable, resilient and team-focused
- Experience within autism/SEN settings is desirable but not essential
