Sovereign Way Cleaners Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Cleaning Operative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our client sites while delivering a professional and dependable service.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and has good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Drive to various locations as needed to fulfil cleaning duties.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
