Recruitment Consultant – Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Exceptional Commission Structure

The Role:
This is a 360 recruitment role, with live roles and existing clients from day one. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your own client base and candidate pool, giving you full control over your desk and commission potential.
If you’re new to recruitment, you’ll be trained on everything you need to succeed – from candidate sourcing and interviewing to business development and account management.
Ideal Background:
We’re open to people from two backgrounds:
Experienced Recruiters:
- Previous 360 experience in an agency environment
- Strong billing track record in a technical/engineering sector (or similar)
- Confident in business development and relationship-building
Trainees / Sales Professionals:
- Proven background in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, or customer-focused roles
- Driven, target-oriented, and hungry to learn
- Great communication skills and a proactive approach
