Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving business performance, executing strategy, and aligning multiple departments to deliver consistent, measurable results.

Lead day-to-day operational and commercial performance

Drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement

Oversee cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial, and IT

Lead transformation and digital initiatives across the business

Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management

Proven experience in a senior leadership / GM role

Strong track record of improving performance and delivering growth

Experience leading change or transformation programmes

Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills

Experience in regulated or professional services environments advantageous
