The Role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our small team. This is a customer-focused role where building relationships and delivering personalised service is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a warm, professional manner
- Providing styling advice and product recommendations
- Driving sales through excellent customer service
- Processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining high visual and cleanliness standards in-store
- Assisting with stock control, deliveries and merchandising
- Handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone
About You
- Previous fashion retail experience an advantage
- A natural people person with a passion for customer service
- Confident in selling and building rapport with customers
- Well-presented with a strong interest in fashion and styling
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a small team
