Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm

About the Role
Simple Recruitment Services are currently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Relief Drivers to join our valued client based in Farnham (GU9).
Our client is a leading name in the waste management and recycling industry, dedicated to transforming waste into valuable resources and reducing environmental impact. As part of their professional driving team, you’ll play a key role in supporting local recycling and waste collection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate a Class 2 refuse or recycling vehicle across local routes.
- Work as part of a team to collect, empty, and return household waste and recycling bins.
- Support loaders as required, including manual handling of wheelie bins.
- Complete all daily routes and ensure any additional collections or missed bins are managed effectively.
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence – minimum 12 months.
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.
- Minimum 6 months’ Class 2 driving experience (waste or recycling industry preferred).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
