Location: Gorleston-On-Sea, Great Yarmouth
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (NMW)
Hours: Full-time | Part-time | Seasonal

The Role
We’re currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Laundry Operative to support our busy day-to-day laundry operations.
This role is primarily based within our laundry department, helping process customer items to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. For candidates who are able to drive, there may also be opportunities to assist with delivery driving when required, although this is not essential and the role can be fully laundry-based.
Key Responsibilities - Laundry Duties (Core Role)
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers and ironing equipment
- Sort, wash, dry and process laundry in line with company standards
- Fold, pack and organise completed items ready for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment
- Follow hygiene, safety and operational procedures at all times
Delivery Duties (Optional / Where Applicable)
- Safely operate company vehicles including transit vans and occasional Luton vans
- Carry out timely collections and deliveries
- Provide a friendly and professional service to customers
- Load and unload items safely using correct manual handling techniques
- Complete basic vehicle checks and report any issues
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable

Qualifications & Experience
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Previous delivery driving experience (preferred but not essential)
- COSHH awareness or training (desirable)
Additional Information
- Flexible full-time, part-time and seasonal opportunities available
- Shifts may include both daytime and evening/night work depending on business needs
- As a seasonal business, we are typically busier throughout the summer months and quieter during the winter period
- Occasional weekend work may be required
