Job Role: Electrical Engineering Supervisor
Basic Starting Salary: £56 000 Per Year (8% Pension)
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire (Commutable From West Yorkshire & South Yorkshire)
Shift Pattern: 2 On 3 Off / 3 On 2 Off etc. (Large Amount Of Time Off / Only Work 40% Of The Year)

The Electrical Engineering Supervisor Role
- Management of maintenance and repair in the factory.
- Manage and supervise the maintenance engineers.
- Ensure the factory is running smoothly and at the desired levels.
- Assist in PM schedule management and review, reactive work order management, critical and non-critical spares management.
- Develop and instill continuous improvement principles and methodologies, to implement new/improved operational practices.
- Responsible for the safe operation of the equipment on site
